Combining graphite drawings, shadow, and cut characters of scrap paper, a manilla envelope and other toss aways, Fair Brown & Trembling is an artists' book interpreting the Irish version of Cinderella, envisioned in the making installed as an abstract grid at a distance evoking seeing in a cave and becoming a visual narration in time like in-betweens in animation when viewed closer up. This interpretation of the Irish story uses paleolithic icons from the Lascaux caves as the horses in the story.
